At Coghlan’s, baking isn’t just our business — it’s our family tradition. Founded in 1988 by Brendan and Yolanda Coghlan, we started as a small retail bakery in Dublin. Over the years, our focus shifted from retail to wholesale, leading us to expand into a purpose-built facility in Naas, Co. Kildare. Brendan, a second-generation baker with over 50 years of experience, laid the foundations for our commitment to quality. Today, the next generation continues that legacy, combining tradition with fresh thinking.

OUR ORGANIC BAKERY

Our sourdough breads are baked daily in our organic bakery, using 100% organic flour and only the finest ingredients. We specialise in a long fermentation process and our dough is proved in traditional rattan baskets. Our mission is to deliver exceptional bread, using skill and craft handed down through generations.
